Two variants of compatibility skin with version 8.3.4:
- We use data.zip from version 8.3.2 (anything in it not changing) and we use skin (anything in it not changing).

31. New appearance of the screen of the voice test of speedcameras (for pictures and idea thanks Andron66):
- Four conditions (speedcamera is turn on, second phrase is turn off, all sounds of the speedcamera is turn off, speedcamera is turn off) vary now on click on the button with a speedcamera icon;
- The button "Play test" is added.

- support of display of a separate ruler of signs for USA maps for all permissions is added;
- thanking Andron66 (he has done huge work - has drawn again all signs) for devices VGA and WVGA signs are displayed in high quality.
