Tips:

2.(New) Manage all GO Launcher plugins in a centralized page (menu->plugins)
3.(Improve) Move some frequently-used options to the top of preferences
4.(Improve) Support theme of other launcher
5.(Fix) Error of rating box which popped up frequently
6.(Fix) Icons of some paid themes cannot be applied on Jelly Bean
